Cobra Fortis Front Wheel Kit

Swaps the standard front roller on a Fortis for a pair of wheels. On level, well-kept turf the roller is what gives you the stripes, so most owners leave it alone. On uneven ground it is the thing that makes the machine hard work, because the roller bridges hollows and the cylinder scalps the high points.

Fitting the wheel kit lets the front of the mower follow the contours instead of riding over them. You lose the striping, and you gain a machine that is far easier to steer and that stops taking the tops off bumps. It is a sensible fit for orchards, paddock edges, semi-rough areas and any lawn that has never been levelled.

The kit fits all Fortis models except the Stadium 34, and it is a reversible change, so you can put the roller back on when you are cutting the front lawn.
