Cobra Fortis 10-Bladed Fine Turf Cutting Cartridge

Ten hardened ground steel blades instead of six, which closes the gap between each cut and takes the machine down to a 3mm finish. This is the cartridge that turns a standard Fortis into a fine turf mower, and it is the same cylinder fitted to the factory fine turf models.

It is worth being honest about who needs it. On a family lawn cut at 20mm or above, a 10-bladed cylinder will not look noticeably different from the standard six. Where it earns its money is on ornamental lawns, bowling greens and cricket squares cut short and cut often, where the tighter clip rate is what produces the striping and the density people are after.

If you already own a 20FTB, 25FTB, 20FTE or 25FTE, this cylinder is already on your machine. Match the size to your mower: a 20in cartridge fits a 20in Fortis.
